To avoid confusion and miscommunication, I prefer to receive all orders via e-mail. You may use the "contact us" page on this site to send your needs, wants, questions and concerns.

I try to review and respond to incoming e-mails each morning and evening. Like everyone else, there will be occasional times that I cannot get back to someone right away, so your patience is appreciated when this happens.

PAYMENTS:

I accept money orders, personal, and business checks.

I can accept credit card payments via PayPal, a secure website that does not share or transmit any of your credit card information.

The occasional envelope stuffed with cash always brightens my day!

Sorry, but I cannot accept livestock, children, or anything else that eats or requires other care.

RETURNS:

Each piece is made to fill an individual order and delivered to the customer who requested it.

In the event that your order is not as you expected (wrong color, incorrect model, other errors) please notify me by e-mail and arrange for return and replacement.

Any STANDARD PRODUCTION item ordered which the customer finds to be unacceptable for any reason may be returned for refund IF, AND ONLY IF, I have been notified within 3 business days of the specific problem and a return authorization has been given. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL ORDER, CUSTOM, OR ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS! Since I pay domestic delivery charges, I reserve the right to deduct the cost of supplies and postage used in the delivery.

WARRANTY:

All items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from delivery date. Should any item fail in normal use during that period, contact me and arrange for return authorization, and I will repair, adjust, or replace that item, or offer a refund of purchase price,  at my sole discretion.
